Starting with an analysis of your telecoms bills we can tell you what you are currently paying for (in English, not jargon), and help you to understand where the biggest potential costs savings are. It is not uncommon to find unused lines for which monthly line rental is being paid, or that promised low call charges are not being delivered because they have missed the target (cheap geographic calls being masked by expensive mobile calls, etc), or unused services which are still being charged for. The end result will be information that you can use to negotiate better rates or to discover lines or services that you can cancel without affecting your operation, just your bills.

Although we can offer to provide the telecoms services for you we do completely understand that maintaining existing relationships can be worth more than hunting around for the cheapest provider, and we can assist companies to locate and remove hidden costs, or simply confirm that what you are being billed for is what you believe you should be billed for. In some cases we may even discover lines or calls which are not being billed for which can be uncovered before you receive a huge bill for back charges when the provider discovers the error.
